Sound Bath

Vibrational sound to settle the body and quiet the mind.

Sound bath, or sound meditation, is a practice that uses vibrational frequencies — from singing bowls, gong, and other resonant instruments — to support relaxation and inner harmony. You lie down, settle in, and let the sound carry you.

What to expect

  • Sessions run 45–60 minutes
  • Lie on a mat or blanket; props provided
  • No experience required — nothing to do but listen
  • Bring comfortable clothes you can fully relax in

Corporate sound bath

An unusual and memorable addition to wellness programs, offsites, and team gatherings. Sessions can run for 30, 45, or 60 minutes and accommodate small or large groups, in person or in a quiet meeting room.
