Dance meditation is a moving practice. Instead of holding still to find quiet, you find quiet by moving freely — following music, breath, and the body’s own impulses. It’s a perfect way to calm the mind, find joy in movement, and deepen one’s connection with the body.

What to expect

  • Sessions run 60–75 minutes
  • No choreography — no “right” way to move
  • Music spans a wide range of styles and tempos
  • Beginners welcome; come as you are
