Dance meditation is a moving practice. Instead of holding still to find quiet, you find quiet by moving freely — following music, breath, and the body’s own impulses. It’s a perfect way to calm the mind, find joy in movement, and deepen one’s connection with the body.
What to expect
- Sessions run 60–75 minutes
- No choreography — no “right” way to move
- Music spans a wide range of styles and tempos
- Beginners welcome; come as you are

A creative and energizing format for teams. Sessions are non-performative and inclusive — no one is on display. Great for breaking up a long offsite day or as a regular wellness offering.
